The main mapping tool I currently use is Google Earth. In this visulisation the height of each track point indicates that individuals physiological arousal at that geographic location.
Bear in mind that due to the the level of accuracy of GPS (10-15 meters) as well as the human delay to stimuli, the reaction to certain events may appear to be delayed slightly.

Greenwich Emotion Map. The sheer number of tracks and annotations make it hard to show as a static image. I highly recommend downloading the data and looking at the Greenwich Emotion Map website. 37 participants so far

The San Francisco Emotion Map is complete. At the end of July I will be Bio Mapping in Tokyo. Until then I am working on my book and setting up a project in Stockport and Stoke Newington. Please see my main site for more info.
